Terms of Service

If you use HouseOfApps on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated by reference.

HouseOfApps is an AI-native business platform that may include CRM, sales, marketing, agent, workflow, and related features. Features may change, and some capabilities may be labeled beta or preview. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

• Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for users you invite.
• You must provide accurate account information and be at least 18 years old.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit Customer Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal, or customer-facing decisions.

If you use bring-your-own-key (BYOK) providers, usage is subject to those providers’ terms and billed to your accounts with them. We are not responsible for third-party model outages, pricing, or data handling outside our control.

You may not:

• Violate laws, including spam, fraud, or privacy laws
• Probe, scan, or attack the service without authorization
• Reverse engineer the product except where permitted by law
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly allowed
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
• Use the service to build a competing product using non-public aspects of HouseOfApps

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your order (for example, platform subscription and usage such as voice minutes). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We may change prices with notice before the next renewal period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

HouseOfApps, including software, branding, and documentation, remains owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks except as needed to identify your use of the product.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care, except for information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without duty of confidentiality.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify HouseOfApps and Isometrik AI against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, fees owed, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Isometrik AI's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer or data-protection law says otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
